What can I use my Brilhous for?
You can use Brilhous in two ways:
Recognizing colleagues by sending Brilhous as a way of thanking and appreciating them.
Use it for yourself, allocating Brilhous to vouchers, experiences, or donations available in the program, according to your choice.
The choice is always yours.
Can I exchange any Brilhou items for vouchers or donations?
Yes. All Brilhous are the same, regardless of how you received them. If you have Brilhous in your balance, you can use them according to the available options.
To exchange your Brilhous, click on Use Brilhous on the home screen, choose your desired destination, and confirm the transaction.
Why does acknowledging someone diminish my shine?
Because at Brilhou, recognition has real value.
By sending a "Shine!", you are choosing to strengthen the team culture instead of keeping that "Shine!" for personal use. This choice is intentional and part of the "Shine!" model. There is no right or wrong way to use "Shine!" — the system exists to reflect real choices, not to judge behaviors.
Recognition has value because it costs something. Receiving has value because someone gave something up.
Do my Brilhous expire?
In the event of contract cancellation or partnership termination, the available Brilhous points remain valid for 30 days after the cancellation date.
After this period, the Brilhous expire and are no longer available for use.
