Team Insights
This dashboard shows how collaboration actually happens in your organization.
Here you don't see a formal structure (teams, areas or positions).
You see real patterns of interaction — who exchanges, who connects, and how culture circulates on a daily basis.
The analysis is built upon the recognitions between people, revealing:
natural groups of collaboration
connections between areas
people who are part of the organization
What are groups?
Groups are collaborative communities that naturally emerge from the recognition exchanged within the team.
These aren't formal departments —they're real, everyday patterns of interaction.
👉 Think like "those who truly work together," not "those who are on the same organizational chart."
What does each metric in the group mean?
Each group has three main indicators:
Members
Who is part of the group?
Recognitions
Number of trades within the group.
Cohesion
Percentage of recognitions that remain within the group.
Use these cuts as a guide:
High cohesion
→ closed group
→ it could be focus… or siloLow cohesion
→ lots of external exchange
→ it could be a hub… or a fragility

What are connectors?
Connectors are people who act as bridges between groups.
They are the ones who exchange recognition with people outside their group — connecting different parts of the organization.
👉 They are literally the ones who "connect" the company.
👉 If a connector leaves or disengages, parts of the organization can "disconnect".
👉 They avoid silos.

What is influence?
Influencers are people whose proportion of recognition outside their group is high.
The metric answers:
👉 "Of this person's total interactions, how much happens outside of their group?"
What is the difference between a connector and an influencer?
Connector
→ measures range and volume
👉 “Who connects the organization?”
Influencer
→ measures proportion
👉 “Who is more active outside their own group?”
Can a person be both?
Yes — and that's common.
It can be a great connector with low influence.
(Many recognitions within the same group)It can be high influence + low connection.
(Recognition from distinct groups, even if they are few)
👉 They are different roles — not better or worse.
What does it mean for someone not to appear in any group?
This person was left out of the recognition graph. This could indicate:
disengagement
or poor integration into the team
performing solitary activities
👉 It's worth investigating, not assuming.
What really matters when reading the report?
You're not evaluating people. You're understanding them.
collaboration flow
circulation of culture
dependence of individuals
existence of silos
👉 This is exactly what Brilhou aims to reveal: real dynamics, not perception.
